  3. A great first episode! Congrats to you both!

We need to get you guys out of NY to explore some of the great craft brewers of the Midwest. You could shoot a season or two worth of episodes out here!

    Cheers!

  4. Mike says:

Michael, thanks so much for your comment and kind words. We are definitely going to make our way to the Midwest. Some of our favorite brews come from the region. Actually, just thinking about Midwest brews conjures memories of an incredible pint of Surly Furious I drank while in Minneapolis a few months ago. Man, I wish they distributed to NY! One of many reasons to head out there soon!

Now if the bar in the beginning would learn how to pour a beer.

  18. Jon and John from Brooklyn … Awesome. Thanks for representing California! We are very proud of our beer here.

  19. I run one of the best craft brew beer festivals in the Pacific Northwest in Eugene, OR, the Sasquatch Brewfest, and am president of the Board of Directors of Northwest Legends Foundation. At Sasquatch we feature some 70+ beers from OR, CA, WA, AK, ID and HI. Northwest legends Foundation uses this money to furher education surrounding craft beer, both its production and the enjoyment of it as well as funding local non-profits which benefit our community and the society overall. Our festival is the first weekend in June and not only do we feature a wide range of hoppy goodness, our festival is also attended by usually 30-40 brewers as it is a festival commemorating, celebrating and honoring the brewers and craft beer industries both. I encourage you to contact either myself to come and check out this event, or come to the Pacific Northwest and try the beers that started the revolution.

    Cheers,

    John ‘Chewie’ Burgess

  20. Seth says:

Well Chewie! I am planning a trip out to Oregon in the Spring and will most definitely call on your expertise while enjoying tasty craft brews there. Maybe we will push the trip to June as to not miss your fantastic sounding event!

Thanks for watching! Episode 2 is coming soon.
